I have worked full time as a Certified Nurse Midwife since 2007.

I was initially skeptical about placenta encapsulation, but in my

years of midwifery practice I have heard amazing stories about its benefits.  As more and more patients asked me about it, I wanted to learn more.  I realized that I can bring a higher level of professionalism to this field, and I can make encapsulation much more accessible to women who want it.

I have a passion for the process of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience.   There are so many ways that we can help women feel celebrated and supported in their pregnancies and births, and placenta encapsulation continues this celebration of life in the weeks after birth.

“Placenta Encapsulation has not been evaluated by the FDA. The services offered are not clinical, pharmaceutical, or intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Families who choose to utilize these services take full responsibility for their own health and for researching and using capsules.”
